I love the creativity you employed to maneuver Clint and Natasha under the mistletoe every Christmas;
Hee, that took a little head-scratching, let me tell you. Especially since I didn't want to go the obvious route of 'the others put it up and want them to kiss' for the last section.
I LOVE the inclusion of Clint's temporary hearing loss. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
Yay :) Originally he'd just been injured, but I'd been reading up on comics!Clint for the hell of it and decided... why not :)
The last Christmas is my favorite, Natasha bringing cookies, the aftermath of what happened with Loki...all just so, so good.
Oh good. I was hoping that last section wasn't too much of a downer. I felt like the sections got progressively more depressing ;)
I love that they finally get their real kiss; I love the humor you've worked into the fic. I love Doreen!
What can I say... I got a kick out of the idea of the SHIELD lunch lady making out with Clint. BD
Natasha gives Clint a perfunctory kiss on the unbruised side of his face. Coulson abstains. I laughed so hard.
:D You know I started worrying that people would think there was Clint/Coulson subtext going on here. Then I got over it ;)
On a personal note, I had a really, really terrible Christmas day. I mention this only because I read your fic on Christmas Day - in the car on my phone, trying desperately not to think of everything that was going drastically wrong.
Your writing made me smile; your story helped me forget about some truly upsetting things that were happening at the moment; it even made me laugh out a few times. So, thank you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. THIS IS FANTASTIC! :)
*sniffles and hugs you* I'm so glad it brought you a smile, and I hope your 2013 has been an improvement so far!
