At the end of Cap 2 Natasha dumps everything SHIELD knows about her online, admitedly with a whole bunch of other stuff, and then there's the Capitol Hill thing.
Steve feels he should read it and follow the news so that he can have Natasha's back, so he's not in the dark and can help. Tony doesn't read it so much as like all things online it gets absorbed into his knowledge banks, and he doesn't see the problem since so much of his own life is so very public. And Pepper and Bruce get a dose as a side effect, although Bruce also looks through everything (with JARVIS' help) to check for information on himself, so he gets some things on Natasha mixed in with that. Thor has things announced to him by Darcy when in London ("This is so awesome, have you seen this?! Wow, you get to fight with Black Widow!") So by the time things are straightened out everyone pretty much knows what there is to know. Natasha's...not sure how she feels about it all.
Then she finds out that Clint hasn't looked at any of it. (Because he only cares about what she cares to tell him, or because she should tell her own stories, or because only here and now matters...any reason you like.)
