After the events of Winter Solider the hospital/medical facility that Fury takes Fitz and Simmons to is the one where Natasha finds Clint (and he's there because of a mission, HYDRA, recent events in Fraction's Hawkeye comic, whatever you like) or she's had to rescue Clint and take him there. Along with other characters if you like (maybe even the same place Steve is?).
