Not 100% it fits the bill, but sort of? But Not Worth Writing Down (http://archiveofourown.org/works/873811) by Frances. Natasha is hurt and missing and the boys, well, the boys have a really hard time coping with it. Clint/Nat and Natasha comfort at the end.
