I can see your point...they have been talking about it for years, but I think the fact that Feige is talking about it again is good? I really realy really hope!!

I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is Joss Whedon's doing -- he's been charged with oversight of the whole suite of movies, and is known as a champion of strong women characters. If Cap2 does well and BW gets good notices, I should think he will help make it happen.

Yes, and I also think that if ever there was at time to start developing a BW solo, now would be it. Cap2 will expand the MCU into the backstory of Bucky and Natasha, so a solo BW film would really be a great chance for world building. I can imagine a release sometime after Avengers 2 *crosses fingers*
