Hello, bar! Happy Friday!

If you're anything like me, your thoughts this weekend are focused on San Diego Comic Con and tomorrow's big MCU panel. So, today's post is a general chat and flail fest to discuss news, wishes, and whatever else floats your boat.

No no, just after everything has happened and people ask "couldn't you have turned up earlier" and he goes "no, sorry there was a thing in [insert place name here]"

"I didn't hear about anything happening there"
"That's because I do my job" And then leaves.

And then pops his head around the door, "Also Kate was there, did I tell you she's perfect?"

Everytime you tell me these first two paragraphs I LOVE IT but then Kate at the end! <3

oh gosh, Clint being interviewed about being in the Avengers.
"And how do you find working with them? Being more in the spot light?"
*Clint side eyes the rest of the team*
And Coulson mutters under his breath at the back of the room, "PLEASE don't say anything about being in the spot light meaning you're not doing your job."
*Natasha pats him on the head*

I can also imagine Clint enjoying making interviewers slightly uncomfortable. Like, just casually reminding people that his job is to shoot people. Just, with JRs resting face on, and everyone shifts uncomfrotably. Natasha startts recording them for posterity, and sometimes she, Kate and Tony watch them back and cackle while Steve tries to look admonishing.

Bwahaha, yes :D I mean, long range weapon, shooting people is kind of the point. Not like hitting them until they maybe decide changing their minds would be in their best interests.

Kate's only admonishment is that he should say his job is to shoot people in style because Hawkeyes make this look good. Clint says she's watched too much Men In Black. Kate adjusts her sunglasses and gives no shit.

Clint invents an arrow from which glitter pops out on impact and gives them to Kate.

Kate shoots Iron Man and over the comms comes... "Ta da!"

It takes almost a week for all the glitter to come out. Tony is not pleased.
