In those five years at the start of Endgame, Natasha's team are very much aware that she keeps looking for Clint and secretly they try to find him for her/get in contact with him to tell him to fix his shit and get his ass back here. (Maybe creative messages? Maybe dropping in on him? Maybe helping him when he's in over his head, for Nat.)

(They know where Clint Barton is. By this point they're all getting pretty damn good at finding where Clint Barton is. Finding him isn't the problem.)
