OMG HOW CUTE WOULD THAT BE!? and Pepper would be Very Disappointed in tiny!Fury for using those words. He knows better.

(how do you deage someone with an eyepatch? do they keep the eyepatch and you handwave that? or do you make them have two eyes and thus disconcert everyone in the building? because this is like, a thing, now. thankyouverymuch.)

Yes she would be and little!Fury would be very :T at her for it.

(I think it would be a lot like deaging someone with super soldier serum. You either a) turn back the clock and make them exactly how they where at that time or b) make them the tiny version of their adult self keeping all flaws (having an arc reactor/ only one eye) and enhancements (the super soldier serum).)

I like the idea of two eyes and the fact that the only person to have seen him with two eyes is Coulson so everyone is, of course, suitably freaked. :D
