Indeed. Plus, they're adding new characters into the franchise between now and Civil War. A Civil War would be kind of -- oh, I don't know -- tiny if it only involves 6 protagonists...

Exactly. Plus, I still have my doubts that they'd be as stupid as killing of any of the key Avengers they already established, much less now.
