if you look, when Tony says "design everything", you see Hawkeye opening up a case of arrowheads - which thrills my fannish heart as so many fanfics have Tony doing exactly that. The very next shot is of something that almost looks like Wolverine's claws - but I think it's Hawkeye again - it looks like his coat - and it's like he's unfurling arrows from some small cannister?

I could wish for a 'cooler' look at him when they do the character breakdown - it's only him talking - but overall? OMG I AM DEAD
