ATTF: Thor 2 Discussion Post

Happy Friday, greatest bar! Something a little off topic for today, but still very relevant to our interests. ;)

We are going to talk about Thor: The Dark World! What you liked, what you didn't, where you think Clint and Natasha might have been during all this, now is your chance to discuss it with your fellow bar patrons!

Needless to say, the comments will be a SPOILER ZONE. If you haven't seen Thor 2 and wish to remain unspoiled, please proceed with caution.

Things to remember:
1) Always label NSFW (Not Safe For Work) stuff in the title and post under a cut.
2) Fic and artwork needs to have a rating and warnings (or you can say that you’ve chosen not to use warnings).
3) For people with annoying internet connections, say in the title if a comment is graphic/images/gif-heavy and post picspams under a cut.
4) Have a damn good time! (Because if that’s not happening then this post has clearly failed.)

I feel kinda separate from his fandom b/c I went into Thor knowing absolutely nothing about any of them people (back when I would refuse to watch any movie trailer b/c I wanted to be surprised...now I am too weak to resist!)...all I knew was there was a character named Thor. I didn't know who Loki was or that he was important, and he totally stole the movie. I couldnt take my eyes off him (once I noticed him) and told my husband afterwards "I don't know who that actor is but he is incredible." I didn't "get" that he was a villain. I thought his arc was going to be villainy and then redemption. Now I know he is a trickster and goes back and forth between being awful and helpful (and always charming), but its hard to lose that first impression.

Maybe I feel similar to him the way Frigga did. ;)
