ATTF: friending time.
Greetings, best bar on earth!! Man I have missed this place. This time of year is always so crazy-busy, and there's always so much to get done that it seems to fly by in a kind of haze (I know I've pretty much been doing my own zombie walk just trying to make it through, and a huge shoutout to Bob for some much needed fic therapy; it's totally keeping my ass sane right now.)

shenshen77and I were talking the other day and she had mentioned that we hadn't had a good old-fashioned friending meme in a while, and I thought that sounded like a dandy idea. I also think we need a good impromptu dance party and a chance to chat and hang out with old friends and make new ones and just be our awesome selves.
So please come by and introduce yourself. Say a few words about how you found this place or this ship and what your interests are. Check out other people's comments. Feel free to stalk them (in a non-creepy and completely respectful way) and comment crash-- hell, this place was built on comment-crashing (you think I'm kidding but I'm not.) There is no form to fill out becuase I'm allergic to forms. Free jazz all the way, bb. ;)
ETA on the introductions: no need to go into detail on the personal stuff. share as much as you feel comfortable with. i always like being a little cautious on that front, this being the internets and all. <3

You'll find me writing fic (slowly), sometimes beta-reading (check out this bar's beta directory), making icons (in ur commentz leaving iconz), posting recs (here, but the recs on my journal are often broader), often commenting on fics with far too long comments (I get excited), and generally comment crashing.
On my journal I tend to only friends-lock some non-fandom posts and posts about offline things. To give you an idea of what might crop up in those: I studied geography, just finished a Masters, and now I'm job hunting. I have a huge family, I'm a fan of equality in all things, I love books, and I've started giving into loving comics.
I'm REALLY EXCITED about the upcoming Secret Santa holiday exchange! So far I've devoted more time to making graphics and researching for my fic than actually writing it *whistles innocently* but I love the requests that I got and i'm looking forward to our seasonal extravaganza.
Feel free to friend, not friend, de-friend, hug, avoid, buy drinks for, roll eyes at, tell to shut up, enable, use in a Renner Trap, and/or laugh with at will.

Absolutely! I'm only going to get more busy, I'm afraid. Such is this time of year in my family. And, um, what happens when you volunteer for stuff *grins*. I'm pleased people find that guide useful. I'm not great with tech at all, it's taken me years to pick up what I know how to do, and I know there are loads of people who could come up with a much better how-to. But then I wish they'd been something like that around when I joined LJ and there wasn't, so if you want something done, do it, right? *grins*
There always needs to be more icons! And more recs! And more fic and vids and meta and ALL THE THINGS!

I love that Clint is physically closer to the threat and yet verbally backing up Natasha, that they're both armed and dangerous, Natasha's description of Tony, lol, and Clint's addition of 'please' cracks me up.
