Howdy! :)

Looking for a little input here. I like the idea of having a standing once-a week post at our little corner bar. We started back in the day as Friday being a fic/fanworkds rec post day, then Promptathon happened, then impromptu dance parties and picspams became more of the thing, with the occasional impromptu friending meme thrown in for good measure.

I'm cool with all of the above but I'm wondering what y'all think. First off, do you want some kind of happy Friday post? Should it have a theme? Should it be recs or meta or just an unstructured free for all? Should it contain inspirational quotes and morale-bootsing pics? Should we have guest hosts who can run the show however they want?

I'm cool with whatever, I just want to keep this place happy and fun and full of all the good things. There's enough crap out there to deal with, both on the interwebs and in real life-- so let's keep this our safe/squeeful/awesome/we-are-the-coolest-people-on-the-planet-because-we-say-so zone.

...so with that in mind, what should we do to celebrate Fridays?

Hi guys! I wanted to give you an update and suggestions about that Secret Santa project we talked about - I was really overwhelmed and incredibly excited when I saw your feedback. I went through the comments you left, did the counting - there are 33 people interested in participation (OMG!!! YOU GUYS! THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!!) many have offered to help in any way they can, and few have said they'd like to participate, but it depends on how busy they'll be. I hope we can set this up in a way everyone can have fun in some way. Uh! Anyway!
