Hello everyone! I am happy to tell you that prompt - author matching is successfully done (big cheers for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

ASSIGNMENTS
Anyway, we have to hand out those assignments somehow and one of my questions is how do you prefer being contacted - through Livejournal PM or through your own e mails? I suppose LJ PM is quicker/simpler, but if you prefer being contacted through e mail, we can set up an entry with screened comments.
After you receive your assignment, you can start working on it. Just remember, it's Secret Santa, so don't give away what you're working on - it should be a surprise for your recipient :D
BETA READERS
We expect there will be lot of fics written, and beta readers will definitely be needed. Please let us know here, in the appropriate thread you're willing to beta read for the authors! :) Also, if you're volunteering to beta read, let us know, if you do grammar, characterization stuff, or both :)
TREATS
Several people have suggested that we also do prompts (fics or artwork, or icons for everyone, not just participants of the exchange), and I find the idea awesome. There are lot of unfilled prompts left over from the promptathon that you can use, but you can also go to the requests post, take a look at the prompts and choose one there (I hope these suggestions are okay? What do you say, lovely people?) That way, someone could see one (or more) of their prompts filled several times. Also, you don't need to sign up for this, you don't have to be a participant in the exchange - anyone can do it! :)
If you're going to create/write a treat, I'd say it would be neat to post and share it anytime during December (so we could get into happy festive mood here!) and at any time during the exchange, until the authors reveal.
What if you won't be able to complete your assignment? This is something that certainly can happen. If you won't be able to finish your work, please let me orcybermathwitch know AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE (that date would be 6th December.) That way someone can adopt your prompts, and your recipient won't be left without their gift!
