So I spent most of the ATTF discussions in various air planes and -ports, and all I had time to contribute to [livejournal.com profile] anuna_81 and [livejournal.com profile] shenshen77's wonderful discussion on "All Things Cute And Cuddly" was a kinda sad!cute piece about six-year-old Clint and his teddy bear that I clipped from this short fic:
Five Times Clint Barton Loses His Train Of Thought )

This, not unreasonably, prompted Anuna to comment "Lady, that is heartbreaking! When you get some sleep, can I get some happy cute here?"

As you wish, dear.  As you wish. :-)

So this is a sequel, of sorts, to the sad piece.  Still maybe not all pure cute and cuddly ('coz that's not really me when it comes to writing) but I tried -- I really tried. :-)

I got talked into posting this, so:

The challenge for July was to make a banner with the focus being on EITHER Clint OR Natasha. The other assassin needed to be on there somewhere, but not as the focus; either in the background or in the thoughts of the assassin chosen as the focus. The deadline for voting is Midnight GMT Sunday 30th June. We have lots to chose from this month, and they're all so very, very pretty!

BANNERS BEHIND THE CUT )

To vote: comment on this post with the number of the banner you’d like to win at the top of your comment as a word and in capital letters eg. NINE If you want to say anything else in your comment (praise, questions, whatever) please do that as a new paragraph, or leave a line or something, so that there’s no confusion over which banner you’re voting for. Thanking you!

Title: Moondance
Author: WhiskyInMind
Rating: PG-13
Disclaimer: Not my sandbox, I'm just playing here
Fandom(s): Avengers (MCU), BtVS
Characters Clint Barton, Natasha Romanov, Andrew Wells, (mention of Faith Lehane) - Clint/Natasha
Notes: So tonight is a Super Moon, something we don't get very often and with this one being so close to the Summer Solstice I wanted to play with the idea of something big being unleashed. And then I heard Van Morrison's Moondance on the radio, a song which has been in my head as a ClinTasha track for months and it was like... something big was unleashed. This story is part of a nascent fic series I'm currently fanning the flames on and hope to have more of really soon. Premise of the series? Faith and Clint encountered each other when they were both living on the streets and continue to look out for each other.

Can I just have one more moondance with you? )
