Author Note: Secret Santa – time for hair-raising prompts! This is the one that made me pick my then-anonymous giftee among my choices: “Clint and Natasha are living some parallel universe where the snap didn't happen...but their alternate lives are dealing with the canon timeline.” All her other prompts were for post-snap fics as well, but with the entreaty “no killing Laura and the kids”, which my head canon finds counter-intuitive; or for Clint/Natasha. So – I smooshed all that together and ended up with, well, this.
