Castle is a GREAT show. I recommend it very highly. (One of few shows that actually knows how to do ship! And has other great things!!)

As I said, I love writing them as parents, adapting to the role, becoming more than just two characters who can shoot and kick bad guys. I've always seen Clint as someone who always wanted a happy family, and when he's an adult he goes to have that and fix the bad childhood he had. (The other way around is "Clint never wants family because his own family sucked", but I always prefer healthy happy life scenarios to that.)
