Rules
Your gift needs to be: fic (minimum 1,000 words), art (one wallpaper, a painting, a picset, a graphic), fanmix (minimum cover and 5 tracks), icons (minimum 10), or a gift basket (a mix of any of the others with a split that makes it equivalent: ie 500 words and 5 icons).
The COMMUNITY RULES apply.
This is an anonymous gift exchange, so please don't post or upload your gift elsewhere until after the reveals.
Header
Please copy and fill out the following header for all gifts. Remember that this is an anonymous exchange, so when providing for example an Author's Note you might want to keep some information secret until after the reveals.
Formating
FIC: please submit your fic attached to the email as a Word or .doc document, a plain text or .txt file, or in the body of the email itself. If your fic is longer than will fit in a single LJ post, or if you would like it to be posted as chapters, please indicate where you would like the breaks to be. All fics MUST be html coded if you want words to show up as bold or italic etc. There is a html guide for livejournal here and feel free to ask if you have any questions around html.
ART/GRAPHICS: please submit the actual files, or copies, rather than links. To keep graphics anonymous we will upload them to the community's photobucket account.
VIDS/MIXES: please submit a link to where the file can be viewed or downloaded. Again, this needs to be anonymous. If you are unsure of how to keep your work anonymous as your file site will give away who you are, please email or PM me and we can work out our options. Cover Art etc should be submitted as per ART/GRAPHICS above.
Problems
If for any reason you think that you won't be able to submit by the deadline of MONDAY 16th DECEMBER you need to let me know either by email or PM. I'm not going to yell at anyone, I just want to make sure that everyone who participates does get a gift. If you'd be happy to pinch hit (which is to adopt requests that otherwise will/may not be filled) and you haven't already volunteered, I'd love to hear from you.
And Final Check In
Absolutely everyone must respond to this post with the following information by the deadline of DECEMBER 16th even if you have already spoken to me and have received an extension. It's so that I can keep track of who has submitted, to check that I have received all submissions, and to make life easier for our lovely banner makers. All comments are screened. Please only comment after you have submitted or if you will not make the deadline. This is not a post for questions or telling me where you're up to. Please PM me or email if you have any questions, any concerns about meeting the deadline, or any problems. Thank you!

Banner Blurb: We really don't want loads of detail, just an idea of the theme or tone of your gift so that we can tailor our gift banners. Something like 'snow, sad' or 'pirates AU' or 'dark fic'.
Submitted: This needs to be YES I HAVE NOW SUBMITTED MY GIFT or NO BUT I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU ABOUT THIS or YES AND IT WAS A PINCH HIT. (If you haven't spoken to me and you have a problem meeting the deadline, please email or PM me as soon as you can.)
