Soooooooo every prompt is open to as many people as want to fill it, right? I thought I read that somewhere at some point, but many others on the prompt thread seem to be under the impression that once a prompt it's taken, it's taken, so I just want to make sure. Don't know if I'm supposed to claim something if I want it, or steer clear of something that's been claimed, etc. Thanks!
