You asked for comments on the AO3 format. So here are mine: it's great to have the record of requests and offers (I'm about to mine those for prompts...) and having all the stories in one place.

There are drawbacks to keeping anonymity on AO3 for a week, though:
- no notifications of your gift until reveal (my giftee has yet to respond...);
- authors lose the initial posting "bounce". Not only doesn't the work show up in "new works", but your subscribers don't get notified when you post. In a now "minor" fandom, timing is everything!
