A while back I had seen an AU request by rollingplains for the lovely couple being within a "office spouses-esque work scene". Now, it's not the desk cubicle angle, for I could not get my hands on those types of scenes. Yet, I did make a video that would be based upon if the two were in a work environment. I am very much not a graphic artist, but I did try something for the February header challenge. It was fairly disastrous as I either destroyed everything I created, or it was too big, or it looked bizarre, or ... the list goes on. Yeah. Epic fail, people. I went ahead and shared the only one that was the correct dimensions for the challenge because I liked the concept so much, but it wasn't the best one (by far).

The graphic I managed to make that I liked the most I am including below the cut because it is much better than the one that I submitted for the contest and it really is a fun concept. I think it's big enough to use as a screensaver or just to enjoy or just to see how cute our favorite assassins would have been as children.

Feel free to take - just let me know. Because that would stun and delight me. *laughs*

Authors Notes: Title taken from the song ‘Nature of Dust’ by Laura Marling. http://www.goodmagic.com/carny/c_a.htm covers all of the circus slang used in the fic. I’ve aimed for historical accuracy, except for use of fire poi – my research suggests that wasn’t really around until the early 1960s, but the character that performs with it is well travelled and innovative, and I really wanted to use it ;)

4) Who are they, besides their job, besides the assassins they're trained to be? Show me who Clint and Natasha really are and what they do when they're not on a mission-- when they have some time to decompress and be themselves. Basically, Agent Barton and Agent Romanoff vs. Clint and Natasha.
Things I like: Banter, happy endings, deaf!Clint, team!shawarma, team antics, UST and/or RST, (romance with) reasonable amounts of angst. AUs. Movieverse. Clint showing off his musical abilities (and Natasha having them too).

Authors Notes:
The story is kind of told in an disjointed format. It’s almost built like Memento or Pulp Fiction. The beginning gives the ending away to some extent. There’s more after the beginning but it tells it all final conclusion (that is left open ended slightly). Time jumps quickly but the story is written linear, so that none of the time jumps are so misplace that they don’t make sense. Also, this story involves Phil Coulson as a general important character. The heart of it is about Clint and Natasha but really it’s him as their third (not romantically in the least, brotherly, friendly).

I think I went through about four tries before finding one I was happy with; this is based off the last section of part twelve. (The title is pinched from the last line, too.)

When Natasha Romanova becomes the new student at the high school Clint Barton attends, the two immediately connect, and eventually form a deep friendship.
Head vs. Heart: I want to read about Natasha leading a mission and being so much more than a competent killer. In which pre-S.H.I.E.L.D. Natasha shows emotion on a mission gone sideways and saves a child/children from the destruction left behind in the aftermath. Could this be what convinces Clint to make a different call?
Author's Notes: Just that I hope the graphics fit the prompts the way you intended. And that Head vs. Heart was supposed to actually show Natasha doing the saving, but pictures were not cooperating, so I'm hoping the summary was enough to convey that little detail. Also, this is non gift-related, but I really enjoyed this whole exchange and hope we do this again for the holidays next year!

Hey guyyyyys, so I have a mix I've made for Natasha, but have this thing about posting music without album artwork, and since I am like, completely and I mean COMPLETELY inept at using any sort of photoshop program I was wondering if anyone would want to make art for me? Hahaha I know this is sort of a ridiculous request, but just thought I'd throw it out there :)

Hey all, I am doing art for marvel_bang and am having a helluva time finding the right picture of Scarlett to finish it. I need her looking normal professional - and I think the white blouse/slacks combo she was in for Iron Man 2 right before she kicks Happy's butt in the ring would be perfect.

Unfortunately EVERYTHING I've found either has her hanging on the ropes of the ring, or is a total close up which I don't know if I need yet. I did find one of her holding the file, but it's horribly blurry and doesn't really help either.

And typical me luck - Iron Man 2 is the only Marvelverse film I DON'T Have yet, so I can't go screencap it for myself even.

So please - help me F-list-Kenobi! You're my only hope!
