This bar is a very, VERY hard habit to kick....

Well, I tripped when I walked out the door and had to wait for my ankle to stop hurting so I could walk back in. Luckily I didn't break it or it would have been a trip to the emergency room BEFORE I could get back to the bar. Whoosh! Saved!

Yeah, now that I think about it, the longest time I've been away from the bar was when I was too sick to get out of bed and to my computer.

I have to do work now goddamnit. I will, but first I must check my tumblr because of reasons...

I got caught in a Tumblr spiral last night that lasted over an hour and incorporated both Jeremy Renner and Chris Evans. Not a bad way to spend time, that's for sure!

I just got sucked into a Scarlet spiral. Chris Evans and her are my favorites. They're just so freaking fabulous.

I got like five minutes of work done. Clearly I need to reward myself with fanfic.

Duuuuude, you have no idea. Waiting for my account to renew before I bought more icons was the hardest part of finding this bar!

Well... the line of the bathroom is also pretty horrendous!

But seriously, I don't normally rotate icons but I'm thinking I'm going to have to start! And I also have a pretty strict "if I haven't used you in two weeks, you get tossed" rule these days!

...which is why I'm using this icon.

I loves my icons, and I try to match my icons to my posts and comments. So I don't generally add to the collection unless I think I'll get a lot of use out of an icon (i.e. I don't generally feel the need to have ALL THE ICONS that get published for a particular fandom, I tend to pick just one or two). But DAYAM, there have been so many awesome Avengers icons that I just KNOW I'll use on a daily basis. I have a whole batch backlogged to upload as I need them.

And line at the bathroom? I just use the men's room, it's generally empty. ;-)

Cause they're always just peeing in the alley, anyway? *looks around* Although... you're right. I just assumed they were always in the alley. Maybe... maybe there AREN'T any men! *runs to use the men's bathroom*

I used to pick my icons based on whether or not I would use them regularly, yes. But I haven't lately. I just like the pretties!

Oh, I save the all the pretties on my laptop at full size. Not everything works at 100x100 pixels. =D

That's important when it comes to creating but it's also important for just BELONGING! I can be sarcastic or silly or serious (or whatever other S word I can come up with) and it's okay.

This goes out to anyone that hasn't "said" anything yet because they feel nervous or scared - it's okay! This place isn't selective of who they serve! Come on up to the bar and order something! Don't be afraid to stop by and say something to ANYONE! Seriously, no one bites... that I know of.

And we don't need a Friending Meme because EVERY SINGLE post is a freaking friending meme (say that five times fast, I dare you!) and we're all friends here. So don't feel weird about speaking up.

I'm actually going to be in Las Vegas from the 21st through the 26th (I fly back that morning. Meeting my big Sis for a vacation and she has an early flight so I picked the same even though I live in the PNW). So when I get home?? *EEEEEEEE* I plan on spending the day with a MASSIVE Avengers!Verse viewing party. Starting with Captain America and ending with The Avengers.

Good thing I have a 5 Disc DVD Player. All I will need is to pause for bathroom breaks.

I've read my Deed trilogy to tatters-twice. And hoping it will be available on the kindle soon. Have you read her new trilogy yet? Not much Paks but the world building she did was so amazing it carries over so well.

I've read the original trilogy several times (and pulled it out to re-read it again after seeing your screen name) bit I haven't read the new trilogy yet. I should probably get on that. LOLz.
