Delurking! Do you have any idea of what kind of window there will be to finish these in? :) I'd love to participate and finally break my radio silence here, but I'm kind of slow and don't want to leave someone hanging. D:

1. Reincarnation - they're a legend of old time. There are stories, writings, artifacts. They meet through history, over and over, and each time they do, they fail to close the circle, stop repeating the same existence. Maybe this time they'll succeed?

2. Christmas chez Tony Stark? Only his fancy cabin in the mountains got snowed in (thank God there's enough food), but six Avengers plus Pepper and Coulson? I bet there'd be yelling, snark, banter and eventually drunk singing.

3. There's a bet of some kind and Clint and Natasha are at the opposite ends of this bet. Banter, fun, humor, other Avengers.... Truth or dare night? Strip poker? Something similar and equally embarrassing (but not too much?).

4. Something romantic. Not sappy, too sugary romantic, because I like my romance realistic and slightly bittersweet. I love stuff like "things Natasha didn't get to do before she met Clint" because her life wasn't really a normal life. Or, he is the first guy with whom sex is personal, something that's hers and not part of her cover/mission.

Things I like: romance, drama, introspection, humor, fluff, UST followed with RST. Clint with hearing aids. HAPPY ENDINGS. Smut is nice and welcome, but it's not a must. I can handle angst as long as it ends well. I have ton of team!feels, and love fics that include rest of the team!Avengers. Musical references. AUs. Mentions of Clint's musicality.

I don't want to receive: tragic endings, dark fic, non con, torture, you know - generally unhappy stuff. Stupid!Thor, Innocent!Steve and Asshole!Tony. Slash. Hard kinks, full on BDSM, underage sex, executions. I'm okay with mentions of physical torture or light bondage, but if you decide to do this, don't get overboard with it, pls.

1. Clint's life hasn't been easy or normal, but his years in the circus spotlight and on the wrong side of the law are why he fits so perfectly at Natasha's back, and why she can let him stay there.

2. The world is changing awful fast and Natasha's not sure they're prepared to keep up in this world of gods and monsters. Clint is usually her anchor, but Loki's sent him for a loop, and she's struggling to keep her footing and find a way to help him through the nightmares she knows too well.

3. Natasha has been taught to shed nationalities as easily as identities. Over the years she's found a handful of traditions and habits from a variety of these that she's adopted as her own, and some she shares with Clint.

4. Clint and Natasha speak in shorthand - single words, gestures, looks, vague references. It's completely mystifying to the rest of the Avengers.

I have a thing for badass!Spies and comfortable partnerships or growing together as a team.

1. I love the trope of Clint and Natasha having a secret/low-key/etc. Relationship, and then everyone finding out about them in unexpected ways. Yes, it's cheesy, but hey, it's a request. :-)
2. Natasha is the one to move things from “just partners” to more.
3. AU's with a supernatural bent, i.e. vampires, ghosts, soulmates who are tied together, “hunters” in the Supernatural universe, reincarnation, etc.
4. Outsider perspective. I love hearing others' thoughts on the two of them. :-)
5. I really love kid!fic, not in that either of them (separately or together) has children, but in which one and/or both of them is turned INTO a child. I particularly like it when the other Avengers have to take care of them. :-)

Things I like: 5+1s, canon pairings making appearances – Tony/Pepper, Thor/Jane, Bruce/Betty (I love them but hardly ever see them!), really hot make-outs, UST that becomes RST

What I'm willing to do: Honestly as long as it's not on my list of listed squicks, I'm willing to try anything! I've done several Secret Santa/gift exchange things that were totally out of my comfort zone, and I find I like the challenge. *grin*

what I don't want to do: Same as above for my dislikes to receive. I can handle some dark, but I'll need to write/mix in a happy ending just for my sanity's sake lol.

1. Natasha has civilian friends who don't know her real job, but they are still real friends! Sub-prompts: how do they cope with the fallout of Avengers? What if they have a book club – what do they read/talk about? How do they perceive Natasha? Does Clint know them?

2. Clint is a total nerd about archery and sharpshooting. Natasha is amused by this. Sub-prompts: "What're you thinking about?" "The wind currents in Tokyo"; 5 times Nat Was A Secret Nerd, And 1 Time Clint Was (or reversed).

3. Nat, Clint, movie marathon. Sub-prompts: What's their favorite genre(s)? What do they snack on? Does Natasha make Clint watch Russian cartoons?; and/or: Clint convinces Natasha to watch a movie she otherwise wouldn't (because it's for kids, or because it's a B-movie, or for whatever reason—maybe she hates art films) because "it's important research" for building her covers ("Come on, 'Tasha, everyone knows Jurassic Park").

4. Steve and Natasha are friends! Sub-prompts: how does Natasha help Steve adapt to the modern US? (After all, the past is a foreign country.) Do they bond over the complications of loyalties to countries that insist on changing drastically on you? Do they just nerd out? Does Natasha invite Steve to her book club from one of the sub-prompts in prompt 1?

Things I like: Women being awesome (on and off the battlefield), Pepper, Betty, Jane, Darcy, Darcy/Steve, Jane/Thor, Thor being foreign not stupid, domestic fic, friendship/love fic (as it, bridges the categories), character studies, plots that are about relational or individual goals (e.g., 'darcy is trying to figure out if she wants to go to gradschool,' more than 'darcy needs to save the world'), all of the avengers are intelligent in their own ways, badassery doesn't just mean knowing how to throw a punch. I like stories on the range from happy to bittersweet.

I don't want to receive: This is kind of long, sorry ): ! I have some pretty sensitive triggers re: sexual things, so I'd prefer it if you stayed away from any sex, sexualized situations, or deeply-narration-involved kissing even if it's consensual (if it'd be rated more than a light PG-13 in a movie, it's probably not safe for me). Mentioning it/lightly skimming over it is okay, unless it's dub- or non-con (I consider Natasha's seductions to be double-sided dub-con), and no "dirty talk" (I know that's vague, and I'm sorry, but listing words would make me unsafe). No anyone/Loki because he reminds me of scary people. Please keep in mind any ableist (particularly regarding: brain injury, "is a burden on everyone around him/her," and autism) attitudes that might occur in the fic – this won't trigger me as long as you warn for them ahead of time so I'm not startled into panic. Also please warn for if the fic involves PTSD discussions/themes – it doesn't bother me, but as a survivor I need to make sure I'm in a stable brainspace before reading those fics :). 1) 'Tis The Season: Clint and Natasha (and the whole team) and the holiday season. I celebrate Christmas and New Year, but them celebrating any winterish seasonal holiday (or all! Or none and wondering what all the fuss is about!) would be great and fascinating. Just anything holiday themed.

2) Circus Is Love: in case you didn't notice from my prompts at the promptathon *grins* I love Clint being in the Circus, Clint and Natasha being in the Circus, Clint and Natasha being in a The Night Circus (type) Circus, Circus AUs, the team visiting the circus. Anying in, with, or featuring circus.

3) Mission Fic: secret, sexy, James Bond missions, hilarious missions, missions loaded with UST, missions when everyone else is celebrating the holiday season, missions that go wrong, missions that go right but they're off grid and SHIELD doesn't know it's gone right. Mission time!

Things I like: fun dialogue, banter, strong female characters, rope fic, the team is a family, Natasha having female friends like Maria Hill, Clint being deaf or hard of hearing or losing his hearing, musical Clint, getting together, being together, AUs, Coulson lives, trust, surprises.

My request: One time Clint actually beat Natasha in a fight (and how much does he gloat).

Clint and Natasha have to pretend their a normal suburban couple while on assignment. How do they handle not being assassins but Clint the insurance adjuster and Natasha the housewife? (or it could be vise versa.) Also how hard is it to keep your cover when the rest of the team (including Tony) shows up for an impromptu backyard party?

Avengers game night: Clint decides to introduce Steve and Thor to video games and Steve is a natural at FPS (first person shooters) while Bruce likes puzzle games (i.e. Portal and the like), Thor and Natasha rule at 'Mortal Combat' style games and Tony is just amused at the whole thing.

One mission that isn’t Budapest.
