this is disheartening  
i'm not accusing any one of anything here and this bar has been pretty frakking cool and it could very well be any number of people from any number of sites, but there should be an awareness. some ballot stuffing has been occurring over at the [livejournal.com profile] het_reccers cage match. this is bad form. promote the match. pull for your ship. pimp out awesomeness! but please please please do not encourage cheating. that is the opposite of the spirit of true fandom.

I heard about this. I have the highest respect for this bar and the wonderful people who frequent it. I really hope it wasn't any of our number.

Seconded. Fandom is supposed to be fun and participation is winning. I have great faith in everyone here, that we play nice and not just in our own bar.

I think I already got into this elsewhere on here this morning. I think any fandom that does it is crazy but it happens.

Oh, good heavens. Fandom is great and all, but seriously? A, put life in perspective and B, do they think they're doing their cause a favor?

how could that even work? one account, one vote! there's even a list who voted that you can click on.

now as for the People's Choice awards, apparently there's no limit as to how often you can vote. With that design in mind, hey, yeah, I voted a couple of times, assuming everyone else does too!
