Beta, anyone?  
Um, Hi.

So, I was hoping someone would take a look at my latest fic? Technically, I've already finished it for a bigbang but I did the last few scenes in a rush and I'm afraid that it shows. So before I release the fic into the wild (ie this LJ and AO3) I'd really like for someone to go over it and make sure there's no gaping plotholes. Especially since it's the 'pilot ep' for a series that I already have two full 'seasons' in planning of.
It stars Clint, Natasha and Coulson (guest star spot from Steve). Modern day AU with supernatural themes (no, not Supernatural). Clint/Nat UST. Also involves a small child doing nasty things.

(and seriously? NO ONE has posted here in three days? Is the Apocalypse coming?)

I think for some of us NaNo and/ or the US elections felt like the apocalypse :P. If you'd like me to beta quicksmart for plot holes/ coherence I will (sneakyhufflepuff@gmail.com).

Like they said, a lot of people here are doing NaNo, plus I think there was an election somewhere? :P

I don't have time to beta a whole long fic, but if there are any scenes you want someone to take a closer look at, I'd be happy to.

That election thing? Don't you just head out and vote? I mean, here Down Under the whole thing takes about an hour.

Oh, I forgot NaNo! I've never been insane enough to attempt that - I'm not proud of the fact, but if you can't be honest in this bar, where can you?

Not sure how many of the scenes would make sense without the whole story - it's the pilot to an AU series... but if you're still interested, there's probably a few scenes I would like a second opinion on... this weekend okay?

Yeah, I heard people were waiting in line for hours in the US election. In the last Australian federal election I was in and out in 15 minutes. It took longer to stand in line for the cake stall outside.

just saw this thread. I've got Monday and Tuesday off as well (recovering from the Month Of Hell at work) so happy to help out. In a previous life I got paid to edit people's stuff, so I can be pretty ruthless ... (but always constructive and kind!) ;-)
