Movieverse, Comicverse, or both? Movieverse. I'm familiar with the comics canon, but mostly by osmosis.

How many times have you seen Avengers? Five, though at this rate, I'll probably break seven by Independence Day.

What brings you to the Clint/Natasha ship? The incredible depth of their relationshp in the movie--despite the relatively small amount of screentime they had, their interaction spoke volumes.

Any other ships/fandoms? Oh yeah. The Vampire Diaries and Damon/Elena, Doctor Who and Ten/Rose, pretty much anything that has come out of Joss Whedon's brain, Veronica Mars and Logan/Veronica, Harry Potter, Chuck, Parks and Recreation, Star Wars EU, Pushing Daisies, et cetera.

What about C/N do you like best? The trust and partnership they have. I'm a sucker for friendships/pairings where the characters really only trust each other. I blame my childhood obsession with The X-Files.

...and also the way Hawkeye's voice sounded when he said her name in the recovery room, because that did something to my soul. That's when I fell hard for them as a pairing, platonic or otherwise.

What kinds of things are you looking forward to seeing at be_compromised? Fic, graphics, vids...? Fic! This comm is helping fulfill the urge I've had for good Clint/Natasha fic since seeing the movie for the first time.

Share your favorite piece of fanon/head!canon: Pretty much everything about musical!Hawkeye from The Only John Wayne Left in This Town by gyzym.

Rec a fic, graphic, vid, meta, etc. (try to pick something not yet recommended) and explain why you liked it. no light in this valley by trysts. I've seen several Old West Clint/Natasha AUs, but this is the only one that haunted me afterwards. The other Avengers are in it too, and the prose and way the characters slot into their AU roles is just as harsh and beautiful as the desert it's set in.

What should a potential new friend know about you/your LJ and/or what are you looking for in an LJ friend? I don't post very often, but when I do it's usually fandom-related.

Friending policy? I'll friend anyone I think I have something in common with and/or who asks. :)

Logan and Veronica are life-ruiners in the best way. And yay, I love reccing stuff people haven't seen yet! On the Western front, there was also a neat comment fic by gyzym (she of the mind-blowingly great we were emergencies).

Ooh! X-Files was my first fandom and I only have one other friend who ships Damon/Elena, so friends? :)
