ATTF: Three sentences of awesome.
Hello dearest bar! I'm steering the ATTF ship today, and I've seen this going around in a few other places, so I thought we could try it here. Welcome to the first ever [livejournal.com profile] be_compromised Impromptu Three-Sentence Ficathon.

Yep. Three sentences. A fic. Or meta. Or whatever. You can post your three-sentence works of art in to ways: wait for someone to prompt something in the comments below and write a response to it or just come up with your own three-sentence fic/meta idea from scratch. Or do something else I haven't even thought of yet (it's early; I still need coffee). Just bring all the prompts--- and all fic and meta (in a three-sentence form).

We can all pitch in! Writers write! Non writers prompt! Everyone bring your own brand of polite anarchy!

The only things we require: post a rating in the header, and list any applicable warnings (or say chose not to warn). That's it. Go forth and have fun. <3

And Happy Friday. :)

MARCH MADNESS.

Rated PG, no warnings.
"How on earth did she win when I know for a fact that her selection process was closing her eyes and throwing knives at a list of teams?" Tony asked, grumbling as he forked over Natasha's winnings.

Clint shrugged. If the team didn't know about a) Natasha's love of basketball, b) Natasha's uncanny head for math or, c) that he'd taught her to throw knives with her eyes closed years before, that was their problem, not his.

Re: Rated PG, no warnings.
Score one for Natasha; you think they'd know better than to take bets with her by now! xD

LOL, I LOVE IT!

Girlfriend is a total basketball freak. She actually cites Bill Laimbeer as her inspiration for throwing an effective elbow. ;)

Next in the Lecture Series (PG - no warnings)
(This sort of goes along with [livejournal.com profile] frea_o's idea)

Clint tried to suppress his grin as Natasha settled next to Tony on the couch and said (in her best I'm ever so interested voice), "So explain this madness to me again."

For the sixth time, Tony began his History of Basketball in the Civilized World speech as she watched with what looked like interest. This was going to be fun to watch when the games started.

And all so subtle that no one ever realizes it!
