ATTF: Three sentences of awesome.
Hello dearest bar! I'm steering the ATTF ship today, and I've seen this going around in a few other places, so I thought we could try it here. Welcome to the first ever [livejournal.com profile] be_compromised Impromptu Three-Sentence Ficathon.

Yep. Three sentences. A fic. Or meta. Or whatever. You can post your three-sentence works of art in to ways: wait for someone to prompt something in the comments below and write a response to it or just come up with your own three-sentence fic/meta idea from scratch. Or do something else I haven't even thought of yet (it's early; I still need coffee). Just bring all the prompts--- and all fic and meta (in a three-sentence form).

We can all pitch in! Writers write! Non writers prompt! Everyone bring your own brand of polite anarchy!

The only things we require: post a rating in the header, and list any applicable warnings (or say chose not to warn). That's it. Go forth and have fun. <3

And Happy Friday. :)

Missing Link -- PG (no warnings)
She's right; the whistling of ammunition around their heads, the adrenaline rush of picking off hostiles like a bloody game of whack-a-mole, the rubble and smoke and the panicking civilians -- in all those ways, it really is like Budapest all over again.

What she seems to have forgotten entirely, though, is that they were fighting on opposite sides then.

He hopes that when this is all over, they will both have the chance to re-learn the difference.

A Time for Us (PG-13 - no warnings)
Natasha catalogues their adventures together by the scars on Clint's body. She traces over a ridge of skin, silvered with time, and waits for him to shiver in remembrance.

"Budapest," he growls in return as she starts to melt.

Maybe they remember Budapest more similarly than they think, if it left that kind of scar. ;) This is excellent.
