Also, can someone clue me in as to why Barton's ladies have playing cards on their heads? I always wondered about that.

They're all playing some kind of game at Avengers Mansion when Clint's current Girl Getting Him In Trouble shows up. I'm guessing that one where you have to figure out what card you have on your own head.
