Empire Magazine Winter Soldier Cover

Hello, best bar!

Is everyone enjoying Secret Santa as much as I am? Because I am loving it!

ATTF is on hiatus for the holidays today (although keep an eye out because I'm going to post the first 2014 signup sheet this weekend). But, fear not! Empire Magazine has brought us cause for flail with their Winter Soldier cover that includes a new pic of Natasha. The full issue with the article will be out next week, at which point we'll hopefully have even more to be excited about, but for now, check out the cover below the cut. :)

hee, if you're talking about me being sick of the talk about her hair or Bucky's hair or Loki's hair, I am 100% a spoilsport. Every time a new rash of promotional material comes out, the tumblr posts come out and I'm just tired of them. Complaining about the hair isn't going to change it or make them reshoot anything, you know?

As for the artificial abs, well, Cap's discovered Krispy Kreme and SHIELD has a reputation to uphold, you know? :)

Actually, maybe the serum is failing and Cap's abs are deflating? Inconsequential factoid of the day: Robbie McNeill, the guy who played Tom Paris, my fave Star Trek hero (points to icon), dropped so much weight after blimping up in Season 4 of Voyager that for Season 5 they gave him a t-shirt with pec paddings, which resulted in the occasional appearance of lopsided nipples.

On that happy note, I go back to writing.

I fought Tumblr for a long time. But, I finally caved. The photos of Jeremy Renner are more than worth the price of admission. Add in RDJ and general Avengers stuff and you won't even mind that your life is passing you by!

I actually have a tumblr ... periodically I look at my dashboard (I follow, like, two people, one of whom is

purely_distel who puts the yummiest photos on hers. I don't think anyone on tumblr knows who Tom Paris is ... (it's a generational thing). ;-)

Did you ever watch MASH? There was an episode where Hawkeye (hehe) and BJ swap out Charles' pants for a smaller size making him think he's gained weight. After Charles goes on a diet/exercise tear, they then swap out his pants for a larger size.

Clint and Natasha secretly take in Cap's uniform and convince him that he needs to go cold turkey with his new Krispy Kreme addiction.
