VALENTINE'S MINI-PROMPTATHON 2014

The When
Now (Friday, January 31st) - February 7th 12 midnight eastern: Prompt! Prompt like the wind!
February 8th - February 15th: Fill those prompts like you've never filled problems before!


The What
Prompts: Can be related to love, friendship, huggin', kissin', lovin' (you get the picture), and all the things Valentine's Day-related.


The Where
Here! Right here in this post! Make sure each prompt gets its own happy little thread.


The What, Part 2
Fills: Post your fill, or a link to your fill - be it fic, art, a video of you preforming an interpretive dance, etc - as a reply to the prompt comment. Please don't post your fanwork separately to the comm, otherwise b_c might explode from the squee. EVERYTHING PROMPTY SHALL LIVE HERE. Oh, and remember that prompts can have multiple fills.

I live in Glasgow butbecause if where I work I go to Invernesss for mine. Its a small store but the guy who runs it is so helpful. I'm sure he wouldn't mind keeping them aside. Only.problem is, because its small they sometimes don't get the comics in straight away. I'm hoping for the best really.

YAY Black Widow 3 read
I'm sure he won't mind doing a pull list for you. As a general rule as long as you pick them up reliably even the small places seem good with it.

I HAVE READ BLACK WIDOW TODAY! And unsurprisingly I love the art ;D And it gave me feeeeels, we need another comics discussion post so we can do spoiler chatter *grins*.

And interesting in the comments page that "first and foremost this is NATASHA'S book, and Nathan and Phil are going to keep the focus on her for at least the first six issues." I really like this establishment of it being Natasha, everyone else cameos :)

Also I was told to read the new Loki comic - I have kind of a fandom exchange thing going on with a friend lol - and that was fun in a story-about-stories way, BUT there was also some amusing Clint and Natasha! Heads up to people who otherwise wouldn't look at a Loki comic.

Yay!!! Never got the chance to get mine. I'm so far behind! *cries*

Tomorrow I will be attempting to hunt them down. And while I'm out I may now look for the Loki ones. I definitely have to get a hold of the black widow ones asap though! I'll let you know. As soon as I get them I will be reading them have no fear!

I was pleasantly surprised at the number of folks who added the new Loki title to their pull lists. I was not one of them. Until this afternoon. The potential is there for a frustratingly entertaining series. We'll see how many keep up with it. And the Clint and Nat panels were worth the cover price!

I have a friend who is a huge Loki fan. She made me read Journey Into Mystery before we watched Thor 2 and even though I started reading Young Avengers for Kata and Ms America, I ended up liking Loki in it as well. I like how his stuff is about stories. I'm a sucker for meta about stories. I said I would try the first issue of the new Loki run...and it had Clint and Natasha, SOLD lol. Mind you, I also have her reading Black Widow :D
