Because I just looked at my Avengers writing folder and realized that I have sixteen WiPs (not including the co-authored ones I'm working on with my partner-in-crime). Now, some of these more documents with ideas that may never get any further, but-

Sixteen.

So, I am declaring this a support post for flailing and ranting and capslocking and asking for help (be it just 'IS IT A GOOD IDEA, WHAT AM I DOING' or 'so, anyone know where I might find out how exorcisms are done in Russian Orthodoxy*') for everyone in the comm who may need it.

Because I can't be the only one suffering from an overly-active Clint/Natasha muse.

Right?

OMG!!!! *cracks up* Okay, if there is anyone out there who can be paired with Gates, it's Fury. LOL, imagine Castle's reaction if he ever found out! Actually, it would be amusing and funny if two bosses had to explain to their respective teams whet the whole deal is. Someone would have to comment that Fury is probably the only person who'd dare to marry Gates. This fic needs to happen *G*

And the other one is half written in my head, music and all. I really like my young!Clint and how resourceful he is.

Another thing. People around here are really awesome. I really love this comm!

Oh. Because it would be Castle who found out, wouldn't it? Doing research for a novel or just plain interested in these Avengers who have come out of nowhere and he'd try telling the team, but they'd be all 'Castle's telling stories again' and 'Evidence, Castle!' And then he'd be right and something would happen where Gates and Fury would have to explain to their respective people what the deal was and Castle would be doing the equivalent of a 'I am right!' happy dance :D

Looking forward to reading it!

Oh, YES. Castle would start researching about Avengers, which would eventually land them at Castle's doorstep. Aka the precinct. Because of Gates and Fury, who are not the only couple that's secretly married. Castle's "I was right all along!" would be priceless indeed.

I totally have to write this! Good news is, I am almost done with the other one - but ooops, that one is already 16K words big. And still not done.
