Yes, driving through that mess would probably result in assignment of a stunt driver.

What I personally can't get out of my head is its similarity to one I described in one of my fics ... (The same one where I had Natasha put her feet on a car's dashboard, thereby convincing the least rational part of my fannish self that Joss Whedon Definitely Reads My Fic. ;-) )

Unless they're just the B-unit doing the wides, it's a clear and wide enough of a pathway that he might not need a stunt driver.
Also what with him doing most of the motorcycle driving in TBL I highly doubt something as straightforward as this would phase him.
Or unless it was an insurance issue, which, as I said it's wide and clear enough of a path way that I doubt would raise any red flags in that department either.

I think it might be Renner driving.
A) it looks like him (it's the girl I'm not 100% sure is Scarlett)
and
B) He did most of the motorcycle stunt driving in TBL.. and all that rubble is steady set dec. He can probably do the drive away with no problems.

Yeah I think it's Renner and a stunt double for Scarlett. And then he steals her mask lol

I mean, I really doubt they let Scarlett be in a stunt car while pregnant. That screams liability even if she was willing.

They could be using a stunt woman for the wide shot and then use a green screen for the background of the close up of Clint and Nat kissing. :P

Right now the consensus is that, while less pretty, the standard LJ comments page is easier to read and therefore more accessible to members with a variety of needs.

If it's really ruining the experience for you, I think the option to view it in the style of your own journal still exists.
