Yeah they obviously decided to redraw it for the cover (http://be-compromised.livejournal.com/43996.html#cutid1) because it's got him holding his bow and whatnot as well as her wearing a lot more clothing. I don't know if that's a typical comics thing or if they figured it was more actiony or family-friendly or something ;)

I have no idea either. I don't read comics (can't get them where I live), but to me it looks like a big honkin' "hey, these two totally could be in a relationship" hint on their part.
