At least, I hope so! The votes are in and there was a clear margin of victory in favor of (a) kicking things off now, and (b) waiting a little while before accepting submissions. But as a nod to those who wanted to wait a week or so before getting started, here's the plan:


1. Promptathon will start today (with a post that will go up just as soon as I can finish polishing it), but

2.  We're going to wait one full week (Friday to Friday) before we start accepting submissions.
