Secret Santa Assignment emails have now all been sent! If you signed up but haven't received an email please first check your spam/junk folder for a message from be_compromised@hotmail.com and if you still can't find one please comment below to let us know.
If you missed out and would still like to get involved, or if you'd like to get even more involved, it takes a community to support an exchange...
Pinch Hitters: We will be assigning pinch hitters to anyone who doesn't submit their gift by the deadline of December 9th (and for anyone who lets us know if they are dropping out earlier than that). If you would like to volunteer as a pinch hitter we will let you know as soon as a punch hit is needed and you will have at least a week to write. If people do then manage to submit their gift by an agreed extension date then your pinch hit would still be included in the exchange as a gift to the community and no less appreciated! Deadlines for pinchi hits are negotiatable, but ideally we'd like them by December 14th.

Graphics Makers: We like to make title banners for each gift as an added extra. There’s usually about two weeks to make them in. If you'd like to join in, please comment below. Also, if you fancy making any participation banners, icons, a masterlist banner etc. please feel free!
Beta Readers: If you’d like to offer your beta reading skills for Secret Santa fics please comment to this post saying BETA VOLUNTEER and a bit about your style and strengths as a beta reader. People taking part in the exchange can then PM you for a chat/get in contact. (Remember the exchange is anonymous!)
Cheeleaders: we LOVE comments, squee, joining in, getting excited, and all the other great stuff that makes this comm the place it is! You could team up with participants to encourage them along, get discussions going, post fanworks and recs to the comm to keep our spirits up, or just comment with positivity, whatever you like. It's all appreciated!
