Oh I know that, but I didn't know if the number had any significance other than that? (Time Natasha was born? The exact hour that Hawkeye didn't kill her? Time of their first kiss?)

You know how on the X-Files when they show a clock it often read 10:13 (because that is Chris Carter's birthday)?
