Secret Santa stuff and update.  
Hello y'all!

Here comes an unofficial progress report/creative support post - I wanted to ask you how it's going? Did you start writing/creating, is it going like you've planned? (or are you slacking a bit, like me? I promised myself I'll start today, because first day of the month sounds good.). Have you plotted out your ideas or are you struggling with uncooperative ideas and muses? Are there any problems you need help with?

I started writing a few days after I got my assignment. I have over 3,500 words written and this fic is still going. My main concern now is whether or not I'll actually be able to finish it before Dec 20.

And here I was all scared that I was gonna have trouble breaking the 1,000 word mark.

eta: we don't have a maximum word count, right?

oh dear, no! No maxmimum. You can write as much as you like. I NEED TO START WORKING ON MINE ASAP. *claps at you*

Mine's at 6k and that's only 2 of the 7(? maybe 8?) chapters written. I didn't mean to start out writing a beast, I swear. So you will have plenty of company (read: I am glad that somebody else is having this problem, as I was panicking).
