WINTER SOLDIER TRAILER AT LONG LAST

Agreed, especially with the rumors that Hemsworth isn't that into it.

Really? That's interesting, because he's one of the very few actors around who I think can pull off Thor, and he's done such a great job. Kudos to him for his professionalism.

I mean, I don't know if it's true. But do you remember when that Deadline article about possible recasting? Because that was the first suggestion I read that Hemsworth didn't want to be in any of the other movies he was contracted for. And I've seen various media outlets noticing that he's been almost totally absent from the Thor 2 press tour. IDK. Like I said, rumors. But I have a weird feeling about it.

I don't keep that close track, to be honest.

I'm a spoiler fiend, what can I say. ;)

I think he is filming a movie right now though? I don't know, he seems to have so much fun with Hiddleston, I can't imagine him not loving it, but maybe I'm naiive.
And there were those rumors about JR being let go from the franchise, but luckily those have been dispelled.

Well the initial rumor was that everyone might be let go, but honestly I think that article was a calculated leak to help their agents get traction with contract renegotiations. Apparently they did renegotiate and it turned out well, because there was a later article about Scarlett being one of the highest-paid female action stars, and it says she's making $20 million for Ultron, which is wayyyyyyy higher than what was listed in the original Deadline article. (Do you think I'm nuts yet? This is what happens when you let a scientist into fandom... :p )

Oh very interesting! No, I didn't hear about that! This is fascinating to me.

It happened, like, right after I got into the fandom in February. And for a few weeks the tumblr tags were insufferable with people freaking out, which made me really mad having that happen right when I'd found a new fandom happy place LOL

here, I dug it back up: http://www.deadline.com/2013/05/robert-downey-jr-avengers-marvel-negotiations-fight/ (I don't really think it was ever as bad as Deadline would have you believe. They've always been panic-mongerers.)
And then there's this from a couple months ago: http://celebs.likes.com/the-21-highest-superhero-salaries (Scarlett is #7 on this list)
