I wouldn't have minded not knowing the Hulkbuster suit was in the movie...no biggie, as I know the canon, but I haven't (and won't) watch this preview. For other complete spoilerphobes like me, a cut would be appreciated. Thanks!

Though like I said, minor. Still...would be appreciated.

Not sure that a trailer qualifies as a spoiler? It tells you as much as the studio thinks you should know, in order to get your bum into a paying seat. Do you ever watch previews in the theatre? (I'm not trying to challenge your POV, I just find it interesting, given that trailers are pretty much a way of life in cinema.)

They're totally spoilers. They show too much.

I stopped watching them years ago, and no, I don't watch them in the theater, either. I do for movies I don't care about, but it's not like I won't watch this movie. I don't need a trailer to entice me to do so. But yeah, I'm one of those fans who leaves the theater for a few during the previews or closes my eyes and puts in headphones for a minute. Like the guy in full Batman cosplay did when A Dark Knight preview came on once at Avengers. We're out here. I don't watch then for TV shows, either. In fact, a TV show cemented this idea, when they completely ruined a plot point in a preview.

So, nope. Never watch the trailers.

I was never so glad that I don't watch trailers as I was after seeing Iron Man 3, btw. The very best part, for me, was in the trailer (I watched it later). But I didn't know about it, and so when I saw the movie, I lost my mind over it.

I can see how seeing it in a trailer and thus being excited/anticipating it can be fun, too, but I'd rather be surprised. And though I knew Hulkbuster should make an appearance, some might not, and it's just a thought to put it behind a cut. Not a huge deal, because as you say, it's minor, but a nice thought.

I didn't expect it to be here, though, or I'd have avoided LJ, like I did Twitter. Most here are more careful. But no biggie. I certainly didn't click play! And the still on this one wasn't too bad. ;)

Well, I'm the kid that rattled and squeezed the Christmas presents ... I personally like previews because I get an idea whether I might want to watch a movie or not. (Not the case with AoU, of course!) I would not, for example, have seen Guardians of the Galaxy but for the trailer.

Oh, I did, too, until I realized that's taking half the fun away and since I always both wanted and got Legos, it didn't help me, as they make a very distinctive sound, but that doesn't confirm the set. ;)

And I watch previews for movies I either don't know about or don't care about. But ones I do? Nope. Haven't even seen a Star Wars trailer, and won't, even though I camped out for The Phantom Menace for three days (worth it, despite the movie - lifelong friends made!) and already have contingency plans for Episode Seven. ;)
