The Avengers in 15 Minutes  
Hey all, I wanted to share that [livejournal.com profile] cleolinda's Avengers in 15 Minutes" movie review is up... there's not really much shippiness in it, per se, but it's pretty hysterical and a fun read. My favorite C/N-relevant bit behind the cut.

NATASHA: I'll let you out if you spare Clint. I know you're planning to toast us all, but I owe him one.

LOKI: You liiii~iiiike hiiiiim

NATASHA: Nah, he was sent to kill me but he let me come work for S.H.I.E.L.D. instead and we badassed around Europe assassinating things instead, it was pretty awesome. It would be a shame if someone that good at killing people got dead.

LOKI: I'll make him kiiii~iiiilllll youuuuu

...because OMG you can just hear that in Loki's voice... XD

Read the entire thing and actually choked at Thor's "lol thou mad". I don't even know why. It just killed me.

Someone should gif that I think.

Avengers is a movie that pokes its own fun at itself, and that's a hard thing to parody. I like how she went meta on it to find the clever and the funny, like making the Chitauri an invading horde of Whedon fans, because it is indeed difficult to out-funny a film like this.

My favorite Avengers joke of hers was actually the ref to it that she used in the Prometheus m15m. ^_~ That parody was hysterical.

I love cleo something fierce and this is some fine damn work. I especially love when she flashes a pic of Clint and then Nat in the rocovery room scene with the caption:

"And then a fanfic breaks out."

Truer words were never spoken. Pretty much sums up the whole damn ship. ;)
