January Friending Meme

Hi All, Happy New Year 2016! We've already got some fun things planned for this year and we thought we'd kick things off with a getting-to-know-you, getting-back-in-touch, friending type thing. It was lovely to see newer faces joining in with things like Secret Santa, and the older faces popping in that we haven't seen for a while, and, well, we do love a good old friendly bar chat in these parts. So grab yourselves a drink, copy and paste the box below into a comment to tell us a bit about yourselves, and chat away!

MCU, comics, or all the things? 
Which upcoming Marvel films are you looking forward to and what are you hoping to see in them?

Things to remember:
1) Always label NSFW (Not Safe For Work) stuff in the title and post under a cut.
2) Fic and artwork needs to have a rating and warnings (or you can say that you’ve chosen not to use warnings).
3) For people with annoying internet connections, say in the title if a comment is graphic/images/gif-heavy and post picspams under a cut.
4) Have a damn good time! (Because if that’s not happening then this post has clearly failed.)

as it's the last Avengers movie we're going to really get with the characters we love until Infinity War That...hadn't actually computed for me. I'm looking forward to all the rest, but no Avengers for ages whilst those're happening? Sad times.

Thanking you for links and rec! I keep meaning to have a sit down and read through all your lovely long OT3 fic. Must be done!

I know :( It didn't hit me either until I realized that we've got a ton of Marvel movies after CW, but it's Dr. Strange, Guardians and even Thor. (I blame my job.) No real Avengers movie until maybe 2018. I try not to think about it because I'm so used to getting at least one movie I love each year. Though I did like Thor 2 okay...Anyway, not ruling out cameo things but there's going to be no main focus, I'd assume, for the other films. Though I could be 100% wrong.

I LOVE The Night Circus. It was recommended to me by a friend and I read it so quickly. Appealed to the carnie lover and star-crossed lover in me, haha. But I truly adored it. I can't believe I hadn't read it before!

And, you can read when you have time <3 The ongoing WIP has gone into the 100K range, and...well, I don't blame anyone for not having the time to sit and read everything. I appreciate that you want to, though! It's so hard to know where people fall with that ship. <3
