It's been a stressful week, so I dealt with that by...going to watch Jeremy Renner be beautiful in Bourne Legacy again last night. It was a great choice, no matter what a therapist would say. I am so in love with the IQ thing I can't even tell you. How does Renner make the weirdest things so fascinating? IDEK. Also: the beard. The hand porn. It was all amazing and I never wanted it to end.

It's not for the faint of heart but an incredible performance nonetheless. I forgot I was watching Renner, that's how engrossing it was (hence the Gary Oldman comparison.)

I have been holding back on watching Dahmer too. I've been hesitant because so many people say they've been creeped out. I don't want our bb to be creepy! Also, as Bee mentions...that hair!

I have fallen into the pit that's called work, so I haven't been around for the last few days - TOO TIRED. I do hope I'll be able to write SOMETHING during the weekend because I am suffering without this comm and all its awesomeness.

As for Bourne movie, I am doing the countdown until it hits the cinemas here - we have thirteen days to go, it starts on Thursday, August 30th, but I'll probably watch it on Saturday. I CAN'T WAIT. (Until then I'll probably rewatch MI: 4 a few more times, get my hands onto The Hurt Locker and force myself to see it (me and war films don't get along well. At all.) and I was going to ask - any other Jeremy watch recs? *G*

I was seriously worried about watching the Hurt Locker myself, until one of my friends told me she'd seen it. She's a big old softie, and I figured if it was safe for her, I'd survive. It is a MOST EXCELLENT movie and absolutely deserved all the Oscars and nominations.

Rec - The Unusuals is totally hilarious and weird cop show (and has kissing and bedroom scenes!!!!)

I LOVE EVERYONE IN THIS BAR!

Bourne is going to have to wait until I've rewatched the other movies (or at least, make myself watch the last one), and today I have a SURPRISE WEDDING to go to (and it's possibly going to be snowing here; timing, my friend has it) and then hopefully the rest of my weekend will be taken up by WRITING.

WRITING ALL THE THINGS.

ALL OF THEM.

I have like one scene left on my 'Natasha gets heartwashed' AU which has reached +4K, and I still have so many ficlets planned (and including one where Aarton Cross is Clint's younger brother who got lost in the foster system, and so Clint and Nat go looking - the scene in my head is just a scene. And, no, I STILL haven't seen the movie, but my partner in crime dictator_duck keeps going *____* at me so I'm picking things up that) aaaaaaaaaand my RSI is way more manageable than before, so, hopefully, ALL THE FICS.

And then I can catch up and read other people's when I'm not all "!!!! TIMELIMIT DEADLINE!"

(AND JUST ON THE DEADLINE - given I am maintainer of the AO3 collection, which basically maintains itself as you guys are fabulous, if you have a late entry, you can go ahead and add it, and just note in an author's note that it's a later entry.

This note brought to you by a series of fics in my head that are going to be too long and too much work to even try and finish before the deadline if I want to get other things done)

Also, I've written fifteen ficlets for you lovely people, which is a thing that has never happened in my life.

Re: Bourne-- yeah, definitely watch the last one. Other ones aren't required so much, but I think it's helpful to have Ultimatum under your belt going in.

Currently, I accidentally started writing a fic about Clint trying to change his dog's name from Arrow (the one he gets in the in the new comic). God forbid I actually work on my Clintasha chapter fic or write the epilogue to my Four Brothers fic, which has been half written for months *eyeroll*

Oh, and Bourne was great - mainly for shallow reasons, but when those shallow reasons are Jeremy Renner, there's really nothing to apologize for. I hope they make another one because I'd love to see what he does with the character now that things are established.
